The Word of YaHWeH Elohim/The LORD, God says to submit all our works to Him. That is, our goals, our plans, our efforts, everything we set our hearts to do must be placed in His Hands, first. I am witnessing this in my life. I used to run a label, MBent Ent. I was, recording, artists, setting up events, etc., and felt all was in my hands to do. I felt self-sufficient, but there was a piece of my heart that had not been filled; a void I could not explain. Most of my people know my story. I was in the world, but I knew I wasn't of the world; so I started to seek God's face more. In a wild turn of events, I had to place my trust in Him more than ever.

 I didn't know I needed a wife ( I was okay being single and with Jesus alone) until my friend Hans encouraged me to start praying for one. I did, and I connected with the woman my soul desired before I knew what lay before me…and we have been married almost a year now. I placed my health in His Hands, and He brought me through a brain surgery. I placed my family in His Hands, and it's grown in size and blessing. I committed my music to Him, and I am doing great in Music Production school, as well as a producer. Sure, there are things I want in life still, and there are other things I need; but giving it all into His Hands, I am finding out more and more, is the best care they could possibly be in, and I am so grateful for every blessing. 

So trust in God, yes, you are the vehicle by which your drive and motivation produce results, but ultimately, only He is the driver. Shalom!
