Wassup saints of God! First, apologies for the late blog posts; as the title says, life be lifeing; this is a given in the nature of life as we know it…it’s hard. It has it’s troubles. This past month has weighed heavy on me, though I choose to hold it together and break apart in His Presence when I get in my prayer closet. It’s been rough not only for myself in my life, but sometimes we carry the weight of the world or our loved ones, on our backs. But Jesus told us to carry our cross, because He alone bore the weight of all our troubles. He tells us; “I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.””
‭‭John‬ ‭16‬:‭33‬ ‭NLT‬‬. Jesus reminds us that in Him, there is peace in the midst of chaos, there is hope when all seems lost, and there is God, when there is no one else. I am grateful to Him for the many blessings I receive through it all. I have a life that I could not have imagined before, a bigger family, godly friends, and I am connected more than ever to The Vine which is Christ. All my troubles, easier to bear, all my dreams, slowly becoming true. We all experience troubles, but take heart, He has overcome them all! Let life be life, and when it’s lifeing rest in Him, cast your cares on Him, I promise you will walk away from all the madness, in Shalom (peace)!
